Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that our cancellation and refund policy is subject to our larger terms and conditions
Charges and Fees that you pay are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by CF or required by the applicable laws.
Cancellation: You may elect to cancel your request for services from a Service Professional at any time 48 hours prior to such Service Professional’s arrival without any cancellation fee, in case of cancellations made post this period you may be charged a cancellation fee at CF’s discretion. Any cancellation made later than 24 hours before start is of service is non-refundable. CF reserves the right to charge you, or otherwise deduct applicable taxes in respect of such cancellation fee.
Refund: Under certain laws or CF’s discretion, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the Services. Request for such refund has to be raised within 3 days of service. Any such refund will be denied or approved partially or fully at the discretion of CF and processed within 10 days of approval. Cases for such refund are:
- Fees paid for services cancelled 48 hours prior to Service Professional arrival
- After deduction of cancellation fee, partial refund of fees paid for services cancelled between 48 to 24 hours prior to Service Professional arrival
- No show by Service Professional
- Inadequate Service by Service Professional
- Carefully not in a position to fulfil the service request after payment of service fee
